A proven practitioner in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Corporate and Municipal Law. His practice includes International and Domestic Due Diligence for corporate and individual clients. Representation experience spans the areas of Commercial Acquisitions, Bankruptcy Proceedings, Employment Disputes and Contracts, various aspects of Immigration law, United States Consular representations, Estates & Trusts, Asset Protection Instruments, B, E, & H Visa procurement assistance, Contract Review and Negotiations involving ICSG instruments.
Prior to the formation of Cobos Ellington Maduabum & McKenzie, LLC, Mr. Maduabum had a practice on Wall Street. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, and Export Promotions Council. He serves as Legal Counsel, pro bono, for a National Non-Profit organization. He also sits on the board of two New Jersey Corporations. He is admitted to practice before the courts of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of International Trade.
